Crafty Kate - Terms of Service

Welcome to Crafty Kate! By placing an order, using our website, or interacting with our services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Order Process

All orders are custom-made. Once an order is placed and payment is received, production will begin. Please double-check all design details, spelling, sizes, and shipping information before submitting your order.

2. Turnaround Time

Our standard turnaround time is 1-10 business days from payment confirmation. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee and must be approved in advance.

3. Payments

Full payment is required before we begin production. We accept all major debit and credit cards.

4. Shipping & Local Pickup

We offer local pickup (location will be shared after order confirmation) and shipping within the U.S. Shipping times vary by carrier and are not guaranteed once the item leaves our studio. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

5. Custom Design Approval

If your order includes a custom design, a proof will be provided for approval. It is your responsibility to review and approve the design. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are only accepted if an item arrives damaged or with a mistake that was our fault. If this occurs, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the issue.

7. Product Care

Please follow the care instructions provided with your order to ensure product longevity. Crafty Kate is not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or handling.

8. Copyright & Designs

By submitting your own artwork or logo, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it. We reserve the right to decline any designs that include offensive, discriminatory, or copyrighted content without proper permissions.

9. Communication

We primarily communicate via email, social media messaging, or text. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response during business hours.

10. Changes to Terms

Crafty Kate may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes agreement to the updated terms.
